[1]: Cisco IOS universal images contain all packages and features in one image. LISP functionality can be accessed only by installing
the appropriate license on the router. LISP is part of the data technology-package. A "60-day" trial license is easily installed for
testing/trials. For example: Router(config)#license boot module c3900 technology-package securityk9
installs the trial license for a Cisco 3900 ISRG2. Details on licensing and the trial license can be found [HERE]
